This book is an extremely insightful, well-written compendium which more than meets its intent as a self-searching, life-guiding offer. If the author’s goal is to improve one’s mindset to take control of one’s life, he has achieved that. In just over 300 pages, Mitchell Harris explores the intricacies which contribute to our personality makeup and how we can shape these up to become the best we can. I highly recommend this book for yourself or for any relative, friend or acquaintance going through a particularly hard time.

A friend recommended this book and I’m glad I picked it up. Go Heal is uplifting and practical. The author breaks things down in a simple, real-world way that makes mental health feel approachable. It’s positive, encouraging, and full of ideas you can use in your daily life.

This book was eye-opening and gave me a clearer perspective on understanding the past with a healthy outlook on the future. It was recommended to me by several people and it truly was all that I expected it to be and more. I have in turn recommended this book to people who are experiencing crisis and also to people who are simply to enjoy life to the fullest. It is a must read for all ages, backgrounds, and life journeys. Mitchell Harris needs to write a sequel!
